Temple Beth Tikvah

Temple Beth Tikvah’s Religious School education is designed to provide both our students and their families with the opportunity to learn about their Jewish heritage and to identify as Jews.

Temple Beth Tikvah’s Religious School offers students from Pre-K though 12th grade:kids

• the opportunity to explore Judaism, learn Hebrew and discover what being Jewish means to them

• Judaic subjects, prayer and Hebrew language studies as its core curriculum, taught by experienced Jewish educators using age-appropriate texts, teaching techniques, special events and family workshops as their tools

• an enriched curriculum, including Judaic arts, field trips and community service opportunities

• worship services, Jewish holiday celebrations, Jewish life cycle events and Jewish music participation opportunities to complement classroom instruction—Jewish learning through Jewish living

• small class sizes, mid-week sessions, and the convenience of a neighborhood school, so arranging for carpools, attending social events, celebrating special holiday or music programs and more is easy.plantingspring2010ed

Temple Beth Tikvah also offers a Resource Program for children with special learning or social communicative needs. It is our firm belief that every child is entitled to a Jewish education, and the Resource Program makes this a reality.

Transmitting Jewish heritage and values to our children is one of the most important tasks we have as parents and educators.
